The Ashram Diet

The ashrams of India contain many spiritual treasures. The most precious treasure of all, we believe, is the Ashram diet – the cornerstone of all spiritual practices in the Indian tradition.

It is also a great diet for losing weight and gaining perfect health. It works better than any other diet we have seen, because the food is both tasty and nutritious. Once you start this diet, you can continue it for a long, long time. Most other diet plans work only for a short period of time; people start one diet, gain some benefits and then get bored with the taste. When they fall off the diet, they lose all the benefits and they switch to some other diet. It is an endless cycle.
